Refund Policy
You are under no obligation to do anything beyond what is included in your Prize/Gift Certificate.
Please choose carefully as there is no cooling off period for your Custom Portrait Order once it has been placed. Your Custom Portrait Order will be commenced by our artist on the day it is placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled after the fact.
Due to the uniqueness of your portraits, we are unable to offer refunds on any portrait products.
Upon collection of your order and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your portraits, artist photographer will make any retouching adjustments necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are still unsatisfied, we will offer you a Studio Credit to the value of the artwork you are dissatisfied with. In the rare instances this has occurred, a second Portrait Session takes place, at no charge to you, where new portraits are taken and are selected to replace the artwork you are dissatisfied with. Alternatively, you may use the Studio Credit to order other portraits from your original Portrait Session.
